Green G-10 Carnivour

I was looking through some knives today, when I came across a Carnivour with Green G-10 Handles.

Maybe I've been in the dark a bit lately ...( Huntin' Season) but I don't recall seeing a Carnivour with a green handle before. How long have these been out? Was it a limited production? Am I asleep at the wheel?

I have not seen any more. They look alot better than black. I dont know if you can order them from REKAT or if it was a pre-production deal. I would say they are rare anyway. You can give it to me if you like

Thanks for the info Dennis. I really like the green colored G-10. I think I'll go back and buy the other two they had also. One for a carry knife... one for the safe... and one...uhhh....well.... just to have another one!

If anyone is interested in obtaining one of these Green G-10 Carnivour's, I have 1 left and it is for sale in the Dealer's For Sale Forum at a very reasonable price.
 
That was a preproduction prototype Carnivore that we gave away on the forums last March. It had linen Micarta scales and looked damn fine IMHO.

Personally, I too would like to see the REKAT offerings in other colors than Green and Black, as this knife showed that it can be done and look attractive as well. Bob told me that there might be a blue denim style knife coming out one of these days, but I don't know the status of it.

Spark, do you know if the green g-10 as a limited run? I havent seen any.

And thanks alot excalibur. I have a place reserved for it next to my other Carnivores.
