green handles, black blades???

You know, call me crazy...but I think it would be really cool to have an emerson with green handles and a black blade. Specifically a Commander with this combo, or a SOCFK, or a CQC7BW, or a...
Anyhow...if anyone knows if this combo can be ordered, let me know. I am too cheap to custom order, so I just want to know if dealers have them available this way.

They do occasionally make "out of the norm" combinations like this. It's fairly rare, but it does happen.

Shoot EKI an email. They may be able to tell you a dealer that has had them delivered or they may be able to put one together for you.

i got a EKI SOCFK w/green G10 and a black tanto blade, was $139.99, at www.tacticaledge.com, a GREAT knife and looks really COOL IMHO, and its waved also!!!! also a limited production item they can be hard to get sometimes, i think they have them right now. imho a bargain at $140, would pay $200, I like it that much, dont tell them that though lol. ya can also get spear point blades too if ya dont like tantos.....the handle is like a spec war.

ya can also get CQC7's, commanders, and spec wars in the green G10/black blade setup, but, imho, the SOCFK is better and cheaper to boot(other than the CQC7's, andd they are CLOSE)!!!!!!!

get one ya will like it i promise........the coolest looking knife i have other than my DDR maxx, which is saying something

I have seen green handled/black bladed SOCFKs and Commanders. However, I have never seen a Waved 7 in this configuration. I also noticed that the combination is not pictured with the waved 7s on EKI's website.
 
Check out mad dog tactical at www.mdenterprise.com They used to carry a bunch of these particular configurations with competetive prices. They're really cool to deal with too.


edited to add: I've definitely seen that they had Commanders with green handles and black blades that looked really cool. But not sure if they still do.
 
Blade88, I too have seen them there. I looked on the site before posting last night. :)

SIFU1A, the SOCFK is a great knife. Your right about it being under valued, but there is a reason for that. That particular knife was developed with Military individual sales in mind.

In speaking with Steve from EO, over 90% of the (four digit number) SOCFKs they have sold, have been to Armed Forces members.

oh, and i recently got the new EKI catalog, and they list a bunch of knives w/the green G10/black blade combo, they have a pic of a mini commander and a waved CQC7 spearpoint in that configuration.

they do look cool, lots of my buds who check out my BM's and spydies, and even my DDR stuff w/a "well, thats cool......." always flip over my SOCFK, " wow, now thats a cool knife!!!!!"

if ya want a catalog EM EKI, they are free, takes a while to get them though

If you want a customized job, I can put green, blue, purple, gold, whateva for you on your knife.
