Hello guys,

I never owned or handled an Emerson but, like any other knife nut, i recognize most Emerson designs.
So, today i saw a mini Emerson CQC-7 spearpoint with green handles!
I thought all CQC-7s were tantos!
Is there really a mini spearpoint CQC-7?

Thanks in advance:)

Sure is...... I saw an older (2001?) CQC-7A on an auction site a few months back. Got outbid by a couple dollars :(

Not sure there has been any recent runs of the Mini 7A's, though.

The tanto I believe is what the 7 is known for, the spear point being another version of it. As far as the green handle, you don't see those to often. If you like it I would buy it. I think those may be hard to come by.

Thanks guys but where can i find info on these?
Are they discontinued or some sort of special run?

i don't know if i can ask this but i'm going to give it a try:)
how much do these go for?

What a good looking family, Shorty!

Its a standard 7A spearpoint serrated blade. The glare makes it look a little different. Agreed - a plain edge version of this would be sweet!!

So its the same blade as the one on top of it? I thought it was a drop point and looked like a griptilian drop point shape.
