Green River Tang Holes?

First of all I hope this is the right pave for this?

I am going to get a Green River Hunter blade and put my own scales on it. But, I suspect the answer would be the same no matter which Green River knife I get? I would like to order all my supplies at one time, from the same place, to minimize shipping cost.

What are the diameters of the pre-drilled holes in the tang?

most are 5/32. I have a number of the green river knives and I have 2 or 3 that were 1/8 and 3/16
