I hope you are all doing well - i have not been to the site since Ysva passed or longer - my lower back problems got really bad and I couldn't really even sit at the computer more than a min or two. I rarely even checked email. Getting a little bit better also forcing myself to get out and about including here. I always liked this forum -- HI section of blade forums.

you guys always seemed like a bit more genuine than some of the people i have met on the internet. I have been to Kardas house and talked to Auntie and others on the phone so i know there aren't just bunch of fake profiles pretending to be people they aren't.

anyway - i have not been here for a few months but I am trying to break out of the habit of isolating when i am in pain all the time. I hope you are all doing well

trying to get here more often -- actually things were bad i could hardly walk (not any real distance) but trying to get back around here anyway
 
Good to hear you are trying to get back out there. Wishing you the best with managing your back pain.
 
Don't never give up BFH, a sure sign of weakness. Take a bite at a time, do what you gotta do. I got dealt a few bad cards, well actually horrible cards but you just throw them bad cards back on the table and get out there and do it.

Don't let them saw bones get you hooked on any of them industrial strength pain killers either. No good ever come from that.

You do better standing and hurt sitting or does it matter?
