Hi all, I am new to this forum, but not to forums or knife collecting! Was a proud member of HPOC forum before my truck got stolen, so hopefully won't cause to much trouble here!
A little about myself, Im 25, recently married and a cabinet maker. I have always loved knives, and have been carrying/using every day since I was 13.
My particular interests are Spyderco's, though have not been collecting them for to long. Only today did I get my Spyderco Lum Tanto Paperstone sprint run through
. I also have a soft spot for Zlatoust knives from Russia.
I have also made a couple of knives myself, mainly from files, which went okay! A start at least!
Would be nice to speak to some like minded people, and perhaps make some friends along the way. Sadly none of my actual friends can see the value or elegance of a knife, not to mention its practical application... and usually view it as something to be feared, which I think is a shame.
