Getting ready to drive over to Springfield and see Dad. Got to visit with brother Fred yesterday for 3 or 4 hours before he caught his flight to Dayton, Ohio. As usual, too much to do, too many to see, and too little time.

Will be back in Reno Wed. nite if all goes well and it's back to business as usual Th AM.

But we do understand why you had to go so soon. Maybe one of these days we will be able to set down and shoot the bull long enough to really be able to solve All the Problems of the World.

Dave and Ruel along with Merle and Billy were the only ones to show up on Sunday morning, T-Bone and Sandi made it over later in the day and were so gracious as to help us carry all the khukuris and other items displaed back into the house. I know their help saved us at least an hour and Lots Of Pain on my part.
And I still have thanks for T-Bone and Sandi's help!!!!

Maybe next year we can have the Khukuri Khonvention back in Reno and Uncle Bill and H.I. can fly Pala and one of the kamis over along with some Nepali Dancing Girls and make it a full 2 day affair!!!!
Aand some pix showing multiple steps in making a khukuri could be taken and sent over for us to marvel at.

Never enough time. Got to see brother Fred only about 3 hours. Took him to the airport in Joplin and saw a very nasty accident of a short cut country road. Some poor devil tried to go thru the windshield after a collision.
