Grilling is not dependent on the season. Many's the time I've stood in the yard, bundled up and knee-deep in snow, tending some brats or steaks.

Grilling in the winter deep freeze after an afternoon of outdoor activity really gets the appetite going. The BBQ controls and tank valve are very stiff when its -28C outside, but the ribs come off great.
