Wanted to open a discussion about a new knife I have! I am loving it! Who else likes the Rask in Damasteel! (I am showing off a little!) lol :)

Looks like some mean mod deleted your link to photos. I guess you linked to the Grimsmo's site? That's probably considered linking to a dealer that's not a paid member, despite the fact that no mortal can ever actually buy anything from the Grimsmo's...

Here you go:

Nice knife!

I am not sure if I will keep it or not! it's still new in box - a safe queen :( lol

Looks handsome to me! Also it looks like a great knife to EDC. The Damascus is a nice bonus too!

Let me know if you are looking to sell it ;)

Dang! You got the purple one lol !

There really isn't much differentiating that model from the plethora of stuff coming out of Russia right now....Flipper, slab scales, light machining pattern, Damasteel blade, likely high price.

What's the appeal, other than selling it for more money than you paid? I'll admit that this version is signifcantly more attractive and functional looking than the Norseman.

Best Regards,

Not sure about which knives from Russia specifically you are talking about, but this one is custom down to the hardware. It is built in Canada, tuned to the tightest tolerances, and is light as a feather. Most “flavour of the month” custom knives tend to sell for ridiculous prices on the secondary market, so I wouldn’t attribute that only to the Rask.
