grind angle?

I have a large simple blade...what angle as far as the stock removal should I shoot for? A flat grind at 20 degrees or a more steep angle the sharpen the edge to 20 degrees? Any hints are very welcome......Thanks
 
I asked the same question over a year ago. Here's the answer and it's a good one:

Take your flat grind all the way from edge to the spine - the longer the better.

Then sharpen at 20 degrees, or whereever.
