is there anyone who could explain some of the different grinds. For example hollow grind. I think knowing what the different grinds are, would make it easier for me to sharpen my knives. I have several different sharpeners and my latest purchase is a darex work sharp. I think some of the reasons my failures with some sharpenings is my lack of knowledge about the grinds I am wanting to sharpen. Any suggestions will help and be appreciated
