grind off on BK9?

So I've had this knife since about Feb. 13, got it from the online river store, been using it pretty regularly, been really liking it...but just went to sharpen it for the first time today. Originally I thought the edge looked a little off when I got it, but I honestly thought it was the coating. But I got to investigating it and as you can see, there is what appears to be two low spots (or two high depending on if the ricasso is the reference point).

Doesn't seem like a huge deal, but I don't know...What would you guys do?? What's a good way to straighten this thing out.

You have some options. Call Amazon and complain, call Kabar and send it to them only if amazon won't help, third includes a belt sander for an instant fix, fourth is time on a stone and patience. The choice is yours

If it is a user...why bother? I doubt it will affect performance.

I'm honestly not the complain' type, and I usually end up doing things the hard way, and I don't have access to a belt sander....so maybe I start hitting the stones.

Why bother? Just sharpen it and keep using. Probably will not notice any difference, only the paranoid thing at the back of your mind will be nagging you that it's not straight.
After you sharpen it a few times it will self adjust anyway...

It will still cut stuff.
