A little lite in the back side, symmetrical grind, penetrator tip. This thing feels awesome. Changes the whole balance and feel of the knife.
Fantastic blade.

Very cool Mike. I should have one similar (recurve) heading my way soon. I fell in love with that when I got a NO from Germany with the "Butt Grind" (Shaggi's term). No, it's not a Caretaker, but I think that's what the guy was going after. Now I can't use the knife cause when it went to the shop for a clean up and sharpening it got Blade Babe and Shaggi's lip prints and autographs on the blade.:eek: :eek:

Going to send in my ZT NO for the same treatment and maybe my SJ. Losing that 1/2" in the back makes a world of difference in feel and to a degree, concealability.

I ordered it that way. As soon as I get some plastic wrapped around it I'll use it as my EDC when not in the city. Ok maybe in the city to.:D

Butt Grind. That's exactly why I used it in the title. :D

That the concealability is why I had it done. Plus it was an excause to get another knife. I'd been playing around with my BA-E and thought what the heck.
I do like those desert recurves. If I wasn't tapped out I'd have tried for one. I like that this one is completely flush with the micarta. Great fit and finish on this thing.
