Figured I'd start fooling with my disk area on the sanding station today station and start designing a table/guard for it. Spun the disk on by hand and hit the green button and it was like an earthquake with the vibration ! Dog ran out the door and I tackled it and found the red button. I knew to make the tolerances at tight as the lathe could handle and it is !

I couldn't believe it. OH Well. It's rockin' and a rollin' now. I used steel because I wanted the flywheel effect.
