I finally completed my Grinder in a box build. I'm a perfectionist so it took longer that expected :)

-Precision shafts on all bearing sufaces and tracking assembly
-Modified Grizzly 10" Contacy wheel (Bearings Added)
-Home built 6" Drive pulley and 3" tracking Pulley
-Delrin bushing added to the tracking arm
-Dewalt Planer cart works nicely

Really impressive build. Looks great and with that kind of precision and extra work I'm sure it runs as nicely as it looks. Now, go get it covered it finely ground steel particles. :)

That looks great!

Give us a break down on the Grizzly 10" wheel and what it took to get it installed.

I need to get one for sure!

Awesome job! It sure looks great, now let see how she runs!

The grizzly wheel as it comes needs to be bored for bearings which requires a medium size lathe. If there is interest I could offer the Grizzly 10" wheels with the machine work completed and bearings installed.

Very nice job! It gives me inspiration for my upcoming GIB build.

Where did you get the precision shafts?
