look up homemade shop grinders om MSM. There must be 20 types on that site alone. I'd give you the link if I wasn't so stupid when it comes to computers (But I'm real good at smashing things)..:o

cool tool, im lazy though, wish they sold them ready-to-go, oh well

Are you speaking specifically of the Unigrinder or 2x72 grinders in general? There are many ready to go grinders available, just don't expect them to be cheap :)

In keeping with the thread, I'm busy ripping off Rob Frink's design for the KMG. I've got a thread over at Don Fogg's detailing the build. I'm getting kind of close to done at this point too I think.

Good luck on getting a grinder together! It's fun and a bit frustrating all at once. Every now and then I stop to think how many knives I could have done if I hadn't been screwing around building a grinder and had just bought one, but I'm pretty sure that getting this one finished will feel pretty good as well.

If you want cheap and have a 4 x 36 belt sander, it can be addapted to run a 2X72 belt with a few pieces of angle iron and 2 wheels or casters!!

go to my shop page..... get my sketches on my 2x72 (free) and let me know if you want help/advise.... If I can do it.... you can too...
