Im getting ready to upgrade to a better belt grinder. I want to speed up my slow pace a bit,and make a few more knives.I am really interested in the Hardcore machine and i have not heard anything about them aside from the article in Knives and their own advertising but for some reason im feeling like this is one of the best choices i could make.(I know that some of you might say that i could make one to suit my needs but for me time is a major issue, so im willing to spend 2500 bucks to have someone else build my machine so i can make knives)
do any of you have this machine, wish you did, or are glad you dont? should i be looking at some other 2x72? thanks for your time --- chuck

Chuck: I have the KMG Grinder it is one great machine and Rob Frink is one hell of a nice guy to deal with.

I recommend the 2 x 72 JL Grinder sold by K&G supplies. It sells for under $2000.00. It comes with an 8" contact wheel, a flat platen attachment, 1 1/2 hp variable speed DC motor and a motor brake. I've used the Hardcore, the Bader and several others. The JL is by far the most versatile machine I have ever used. It is also very adaptable and I have made many of my own unique attachments that make it even more versatile.
