grinding fillet blades

Hey Guy's,

Any suggestions on how to grind a folding fillet blade on a 2 x 42" belt grinder?

The experts I talked to do not grind fillet blades because they are too thin. This is my first custom project and I'm wondering if I should try to make a folding fillet knife.

I'm starting out with one eighth thick 440C steel.
