Grinding jig anyone?

I bought this off the forum here, but my knife making career was shortlived.
Anyone care for it.....trade for micarta handle material maybe??

Ray, is the angle fixed or adjustable? I have canvas micarta in a few colors browns black a couple yellow pieces, 1/4 -1/2 in mostly.

Looks adjustable by the wing nuts. and tightened by the black screw coming through the hinge.
