Grinding/working with G-10

Hello!

I like to do some minor work on my folders that has got G-10 handles, i'm aware that G-10 dust isn't healty, but do i need to worry when using just sandpaper?
I see the difference when using a buffer and so on, but how do i do it the best way?

And do i need to "close" the G-10 if i file/paper it?
Can i dremel it with good effect??

Any help appreciated!

There is no need to close it. Just sand it smooth. G-10 is fairly easy to work.

Do wear the mask.

Wet sand under slow running water. No mess and flying dust to worry about.
