It had 1 little speck of rust on the front scale and I just couldn't stand for it. :D
Something so trivial, I didn't want to send it in just for that so I thought
about it for a few days to see if I could come up with something.
I started by polishing the entire knife. (thanks to richard_j for the tips on that)
J_Curd got me thinking again about "Grip tape" (actually called Treadwalk tape)
So, after a little while polishing the whole thing and maybe 20 minutes figuring
out how to cut the tape just right (still not perfect though)
I ended up with this:

What do you think?
I'm really thinking about ordering the colored versions of the tape as well.
It feels so much better in the hand now.

Not working for me, but if it works for you, and enhances the use of your Leek then that's Cool.

Why you sparklie lil homo(wner). I see you using lateral light to hide the sequin effect, aint foolin anyone here bucko.

In all seriousness, great job. I dont know how you managed to follow the lines around the hardware so well, so if you wanna let me in on the trick, I'd love some advice.

Looks at ton better than the 14C28 1660TSW I did last...

It's Neil Diamond, thank you very much.

Yeah, it does, doesn't it? :D

Take the knife apart, then trace the slabs. Make your cut inside the traced line, and don't forget to cut out for the Kershaw/Ken Onion logo. As for the holes for the pivot and screws, a paper hole punch does the trick!

You so smart DV!

I tried the tracing thing on the last one I did, we see how that turned out. Im going to redo it :)
