I read a few days back about someone here who used the spray on bed liner on their grips of the knife. Has anyone else here tried it out on their's ? A friend gave me a quart of the brush on bed liner. I was thinking about trying it on some of my knives. BKT and a few others. My main concern was the final product. I would hate to ruin some of my toys and then regreat it later. Can anyone here let me know if they had some positive results ?

Todd1, posted that little tip, and let me just say it works great. The spray on that is, I'm not sure about the brush on. I have a spyderco Terzoula model with the aluminum handles that had gotten badly scuffed and scratched, the bedliner spray worked like a charm, gave it a textured zytel look not really a powder coat. I also did a Benchmade reflex, it wasn't scuffed but was a light gray color I didn't care for. It works best to degrease the knife first, and use two coats. I haven't noticed any scratching or chipping at all, now if you drop it on concrete or something it probably will, but any finish will. The end result looks factory and gives a better grip.
