Hello, I'm new to knives and this forum. I just got a Griptilian and was wondering how well it'll hold up against (fresh) water. Could I just give it a quick dry with a towel afterwards, or will the water get into the internal mechanisms and eventually cause damage?

Welcome to the forums. You shouldnt have any problems with fresh water just dry it off and blow out what you can

What he said. I have a grip and live in the tropics. Im pretty cavalier about getting it wet and have never had any rust issue. Saltwaters a different story of course.

i get mine wet all the time if it gums up i hit it with some break cleaner and it good as new

some Oil in the pivot after you spray it with brake cleaner would be a good idea
