Griptilian: Tanto or Drop-Point???

Looking to buy a Griptilian but torn between Tanto and Drop-Point. I know I do not want the Sheepsfoot but can't decide between the other two. I would carry it as my edc most likely. Any thoughts?

Do you have needs for a slicer or pierce?

I believe tanto shape was designed to thrust and drop point better suited for slicing.

I would say that for most users, the drop point is more preferred, but the tanto will also serve as a EDC. in an office environment, the drop point will likely be more "acceptable" to the sheeple.

My recommendation would be to get both. Depending on which you get, you'll always be wondering about the other. That way, you can try both to see which suits you. If you decide later to get rid of one, you'll have no trouble selling it.

I have both blade shapes and have had no issues with either one. But as previously mentioned, the drop point is better designed for a slicer.
