has anyone had problems contacting them in the last couple weeks? i have a question about one of their products, and i have a issue with an order i received from them. multiple phone calls and emails and messages left. nothing, can't get in touch with them.

I had the same problem, but I ordered 2 stones and they arrived quickly with no problems. They are beautiful, I got the 400 grit and the 1000. I wanted the 240, but the web site says they are out of stock, that’s when I tried to contact them with no luck.

About everything I have in my "save for later" cart on the big river is out of stock. They have done very well for me in the past; I wish them well.

Don't worry to much about not being able to contact them,I was told Konstantin went back to Russia for a knife show and also he may not have taken his laptop with him and he may not be answering his cell because of the long distance charge's.

Look him up on facebook under this name Konstantin Martynenko I have seen him online on FB a few times today and the other day,I will also send him a link to this thread asking him to look at it,me and Konstantin are friends and I can say for certain he won't care if you look him up on facebook.

Ok that's fine,I sent a message to Konstantin threw FB to check this thread,don't worry he's not the kind of guy who is not getting back to you because he wants to cheat you or screw you over I'm pretty certain he is in Russia at the moment.
