They are most likely made by the same outfit and just tagged for the specific company although I have seen grinders similar o the Harbor Freight model that have bearings that the table rides on.

Andrew, consider the availability of repair/replacement parts later in your decision to purchase machinery with an extended useful life.
I would want to buy from a supplier who stocks repair parts. Just so you don't have to junk the whole machine, because something wore out or was broken.
Repairing stuff with retro fitted parts from something else; sometimes it works, sometimes it's very time consuming and expensive, sometimes it doesn't work at all!
