Need to say first off this would be illegal to sell in most states. This is my own personal knife I show just because I think it is a slick idea. I have made these for others when they supply the claw. Many people like the huge claws, even have one and do not know what to do with it. Many feel it is to showy to wear as a necklace or does not suit the environment they find themselves in. But a pocket knife is a nice functional thing to do with such a claw. I used 1095 steel, heat treated only the edge . I did some nice acid etching in the blade. This is a simple friction folder, nothing fancy as there is no room in the claw to fit in springs and locks. The pivot pin has a hex head so friction can be adjusted to suit, or as it wears. Might give others an idea, and this concept can be used on many things, cave bear fangs, wild boar tusks etc.
