OK, this may be a silly question but here goes anyway: Where might I find a 2x72 grizzly grinder for sale? I checked the Grizzly website and unless I just overlooked it (which I've been known to do) they do not seem to list the 2x72 in their product line-up.

Oh yeah, I just finished watching Alan Blade's video on flat grinding. That pretty much sold me on the inexpensive Grizzly for flat grinding. Alan did make some minor adjustments to the grinder such as a new platten and a support to stabalize the grinder. The video was great. My only question as a novice after watching it was how the heck he finishes that knife!;)

I have a griz somtimes they get a bad rap I have had mine for a little over a year I tought myslef to hollow grind and flate grinder
the planten thing Allen did works great get his hollow grind video and he shows you how to make the machine work even better.
Grizzly is having a summer sale on them 275 ,pretty good deal
Get some good belts my grizzly is funny about cheap belts
i am using 3m tizat or you can go with the nortons they are both great belts.

yes some guys can work the bugs out of just about anything. only cry once, for about $100.00 more you can get the norman coote 2x72 he lives in wasington state so if you do have any questions he gladly takes the time to make it right. of all the grinders that are talked about here the grizzy has 10 guys that are unhappy for everyone that thinks he got a good deal. were only talking about a knife or two differnts in price. when i had some motor trouble with my hardcore, i still was able to finish up my orders on my old coote. just my 2 cents
