I've used an assortment of wet grinders including the grizzly.
The biggest issue with it is that the wheel needs to be balanced and trued. Wobble in the wheel can be a annoying. That being said, it can be tweaked to run well. The Tormek is waaay overpriced.
As for the jigs, I like the Jet or Tormek ones. They have a rounded plastic guard that I find to be easier to use and more smooth. Also like the thumb screws better.
I'm picky though. Full disclosure... when I use a wet grinder, I typically use a Delta 23-700 that I have made all manner of personal modifications to so that it performs the way I like.
