Hey, muzzleup, let me know when it gets to Washington. You've almost talked me into it. Now to go explain to Sara why that great big expensive new knife needs another sheath when it came with one....

Lane, even a wife will be able to tell when she see's a "real" sheath compared to the later issues from the nuclear crew...

Lane, Ron may have just solved the issue of having to send your BM over. I'm molding at least two more sheaths using his BM and I have an extra pre-molded Steel Heart E one, too.

My new bottom grommet attachment hardware just arrived from TomW so the next sheaths will look a little bit different.

Looks good! Greg, I have the Steelheart II, with straight handle, not the E handle.

How much again for the sheath? Remember, I'm the one who wanted to try high ride crossdraw.

Of course, I'm sure I can have a lot of fun playing with different modes of carry, on motorcycle, on foot, in car, etc........

Later, guys..

just thinking about it

Hmmm... looks like we' ve got something here. I take it you' ll have at least one piece to bring to the NY Show Greg? Working on any for IWB medium blades?

Lane, the Blade-O-Leer blank I have is molded for a SH-E. The sheath costs $75. It's multi-carry. High ride crossdraw won't be a problem at all. I can even use a Tek Lok for that if you'd like.

Kin, I'll have maybe two Blade-O-Leers at the show. I've done some sheaths for Police Recruits. I can pretty much make sheaths for knives with blade lengths up to 12". Interested?

Grnamin (Greg),
You think you could make me a criss/cross double shoulder rig for my BM and Steel Heart 2? That would be AWESOME. How much does one of those things cost anyway??? Just for the single knife blade O lear.

Ryu,
That can be done, but I would need a few more details from you. Please email me:

Greg just shot me a picture of my new Blade-O-Leer with my BM-E in it.....BOY, DOES IT LOOK GOOD! Can't wait to strap it on and roam the neighborhood feeling secure with the knowledge I have a BM to back me up if the need should come upon me

Aw Shucks Ron... I am just a little guy at 6'5 and 260.... and the SH-e neck knife is fine.... unless you don't wear somethin to cover it,then the neighbors look at me funny...maybe it ain't the knife?
smile.gif

tallpaul: SH-E "NECK KNIFE", it must look like a mini-knife around your neck. I feel that this just a spoof on your part. I wear a Camillius Talon as a neck knife and most people think that is too big.
OK, I got my sheath from Greg and an AWSOME PIECE OF WORK IT IS!!!!,however, I have a spare tire around my waist and am not sure how to make the sheath work if the small strap is designed to go around the waist :comfused:
frown.gif

I am VERY impressed with the workmanship that Greg is putting out for the money he charges. The Blade-O-Leer would be cheap at $90.00 for what you get. Mine is fully modular and BOY am I going to "module"...:>)

Ron, The knife is not small enough to be a neckknife... I was spoofin a bit, I am big enough to get away with it but...
Ya take the quick connect out...
ya put strap loop without the connector out...
Ya put your left arm through the loop ....

And ya shake it all about....
Ya wear it public and ya goin to the pokey...

Ya take the loose strap to your right ...
You put in under your right arm and connect..
and thats what its all about...
smile.gif

Uh, tallpaul, I hope you have a day job too
rolleyes.gif

I finally figgered it out and got strapped in..duuuh! but thanks for the tune-o-tune of installation!

Have you tried to carry concealed yet? I think I can do it with a loose vest.

You and Andy ever think of a duet?....uuuh, never mind, thats ok!
