Groove belt

never heard of it. went and looked it up. interesting idears on it.

I have one. I liked it a lot until I lost weight and needed to tighten it a bit.

After that, it would keep working itself back to the original length that I set it at when I first got it.

I replaced it with a Mio Marino ratchet style belt and I like that much better. No adjustments necessary. I simply pull it until it’s tight and it stays there. Been wearing it daily for about 3 years and it has performed flawlessly so far.

I wanted to like the Groove belt but it just wouldn’t hold any adjustments except the first one.
 
Check out Arcade belts I have had one for awhile and they are really comfortable and once you adjust them they stay put .
 
I have always worn a belt. I changed over to the Groove Life belt about 2 years ago. I love them. Very adjustable and I like the non metal buckle option since I have a severe metal allergy.
