Grosse Messer Hunting Sword:
One of our featured swords this week. Thought we’d share some pictures of it.

Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Spring Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.

Measurements:
Total Length = 28 ½ ”
Blade Length = 22 “
Blade Width = 1 ¾ “
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 6 ”
Handle Width = 1 3/8 “
Handle: Brass & Black Linen Micarta.
Weight = 2 lbs 6 oz
