I purchased a Gold membership in January, and my membership status so indicates. However, certain forums are blocked from my access as if I have a Platinum membership, and the icon under my name on each post shows both Gold and Platinum memberships. So I think I am in some sorta of quantum flux dimension where I have both Gold and Platinum memberships.

I only raise this as it may be the cause of my "Edit" link being non-existent. [I started a separate thread about this but was unable to resolve it].

So if you could quash my apparent Platinum membership and re-establish only the Gold membership, I would appreciate it. I am hopeful that it will somehow make my Edit link re-appear.

I don't know if you care for any feedback or not, but as a platinum member only I have full access to the 'edit' function, not sure why that would be affecting your ability to edit.
 
Thanks, Matthew. Note that unlike you, I somehow have both Gold and Platinum memberships at the same time. I am hopeful that this is the cause of my problem, but maybe not. Its worth a try.

Thanks, Spark. I cleared the cookies, signed out of BF and logged back in, but I still show Gold and Platinum memberships, and no "edit" link. That link should appear near the "Report" icon on the lower left, correct?
 
Got it sorted, you were manually set to PG Plat
