Great Movie!

Bill Murray must live one day over and over and over until he learns what real love and true service to mankind are all about.

I love this movie.

BTW, another movie not to be missed is The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Charlie Kaufman wrote it and Jim Carrey is in it. In the movie, a company can erase your memory if you have had, say, a bad relationship, and the characters have this done. The movie is brilliant and has a type of reliving reality in it...

Added it to my que in Netflix. Thanks for the tip.

Bill, check out "50 First Dates" with Adam Sandler. He meets a girl whose short term memory was damaged, so each day he has to woo her again. It is worth buying because it will teach you quite a bit about being gentle and patient.

In my wild and wooley youth I dropped two tabs (I did a lot of stupid things in my teens and early twenties) and saw it on the big screen. At a time in my life when I was plagued by doubts and a nagging empty feeling it reminded me that I'm alive and each day is a chance to start anew. Awesome flick, as was Eternal Sunshine.

The only lessons I ever saw in any Adam Sandler movie was how to act like an idiot, and I'm already an expert in that.

Eternal Sunshine is a most interesting movie and it actually made me think afterwards. It is a little gem. I am surprised it didn't get more attention, but perhaps it is too thoughtful for a mass audience. But obviously that is not true of people here :) I think you will appreciate it.
