Looks like one of those Choilless Tan will be up for sale on the exchange. I didn't hear back for the guy that ordered it. I hate it when people don't even give me the courtesy of a response. I guess that is what happens when I don't take deposits.

Hard to believe someone would stiff you on a custom knife but on the bright side, when your knives hit the exchange they usually sell at the speed of light!

I am not too worried about selling it. Just saying ..... had this happen on several occasions. I understand that stuff happens and circumstances change. But at least communicate with me so I am not left in the dark.

I think this is the reason why Andy Roy stopped taking custom orders and is now just doing batches of whatever he feels like making.

I'm lovin that olive linen BT4...mmmm.

Hmm.... I can understand why Andy decided to do that. I really dig the olive linen these days. More so than the black linen actually. It is somewhat of a unique linen micarta color. Unfortunately, I am running low on that stuff.

Ban, you emailed me at 12:01 AM on Friday and came to this conclusion less than 24 hours later. I don't understand why you didn't call me when you've had my phone number since the beginning.

It was 10mins shy of 24hrs. I sent out 3 emails at nearly the same time to individuals including yourself. Others responded and paid within hours and their knives were boxed up and shipped out the same day. From past experience, people who do not respond within 24hrs will either not respond at all or give me sort of excuse days later. I did not mention any names and was simply venting some of my frustrations here.

When I did hear back from you....I politely told you that the knife was sold and that I would be happy to make another for you in the next batch. I did not take it personally and tried to deal with the situation and remain courteous.

I do realize now that I did have your phone number from a older email. I still don't think that I would have done it differently. I am not the type to bother and pester folks to buy my stuff. This is just the way I am and I stand by it.

I am more than happy to put you down for another one if you still want it.
