Here is an order I recently sent out for six modified knives. All are designs of mine that the customer wanted modified to have an overall length of 8"

I liked the closeup blade shot so everybody gets to see it too!

From left to right the handles are - Ash Burl, Juniper Burl, Mother of Pearl (first and last use of for me), Box Elder Burl, Walnut Burl, and Maple Burl.

All blades are S30V, bolsters are 416SS mirror finished.

Thanks for looking.

Sean,

These are very nice - you keep on improving all the time

Congratulations,
Del

As am I.

Lots of great looking hard work there. The finish looks outstanding and that is not what I would call easy when it comes to 30V. ;)

I am continually impressed by the work you turn out - I believe I have photos of a number of your past products in my 'inspiration' folder. But *that* is simply stunning.

My hat. Off.

Thank you very much everyone, I appreciate the comments.

Dagr - If ever there is something you would like to work together on please let me know.

Any chance you could list the woods on those handles? I really like the look of the knives but I can't tell what some of the woods are because the pic's not close enough. I love your choice of handle materials! I'm a big fan of wood!

Great job buy the way; I'll bet the customer was mighty pleased with that set!!

Splittinhairs - Sorry I missed your question about MOP. I was not happy with using it, it was difficult to work with, very finiky. I think I will give it another go, just not tomorrow.

Raythebigfoot - Check out the second line below the bottom pic, I list the woods from left to right there.

Customer was definitely pleased!

Duh! I spent to much time gawking at the pics and missed it! Thanks!
