Group Shot!

Here's a group shot of some Valkyre folders I finished in the last few days:

The silver one has a S30V blade. All the rest are BG-42. All but one have been satin finished to 600 grit. (The one at the bottom, right is selectively etched "Poboy Damascus.")

The one with ivory Micarta overlays is a liner-lock. All the rest are frame-locks with my 3-piece overlays.

( Sorry about the photos - my eyes are a bit fuzzy after all that hand-rubbing! )

Tom, I love the photo, looks great. I love group photos of knives, esp handmades, esp mine since I know the work that went into each one. Its always cool to get a bunch of the same pattern together. I like how you have these arranged, the butt ends form a nice circle. Nice work -- Charles

Tom, how about some pics of the knives closed? Also, could you list all the handle materials (at least the inlays )

I'll try to post pics of the individual knives later. (I'm still busy finishing this batch of knives. )

The overlays on these are:

Black G10 on the etched blade version, Carbon Fiber on two with satin finished blades, Silver twill G10, and ivory Micarta.
