ive been going back and forth.. the sheath difference holds me back, i like the simple kydex .. trying to stay under $100. The Esee 5 is sweet but, going over the budget. The Esee's look great on every website, these Rat Otc's look like have been chopping concrete in dealers pictures.. Is D2 worth the buy or should i just forget it

IMO, and i've had both, the ESEE 4 is the better knife by far. I still have the 4 and love it, the Ontario Rat 5 I gave away.
