Does benchmade make a knife a little larger than a mini griptillian,if so then what number is it?As you can tell,I just found this site and am just getting into knives.I have a nra mint frredom knife coming, but I don't know what brand it is,does anyone know?it is stainless steel and has a 4" blade.I have a gryptillin,a mini gryptillian.a rat 2,a leek, and I just got a kershaw oso sweet in todays mail.I know their not much but its a start.:)

Do you mean larger than the mini griptilian and smaller than the griptilian?

When you mean larger, do you mean heavier, longer or thicker?

Volli has a thinner blade and is bigger than 556. Same size with thinner blade 907. the rift is also as thin of blade as 556 and is longer.

940/943 Osborne is a very thin aluminum handled knife, so it is suitable for daily carry, with a longer/thinner blade.

The 531 Pardue Axis also has a thin handle and longer blade, but the handle is G10. The 530 is the same but the handle is plastic like the griptilian, just very flat and lightweight.

I'll add one more suggestion, the 484 Nakamura.

Here from top to bottom are:
Mini-Griptilian
558 Ritter Mini-Griptilian
484 Nakamura
1000001 Volli
940-1 Osborne

I like the model#940 best. Now to find one at a price I can afford, which is going to be the problem.I have a gryptillian I would trade someone for one.
