GSG-9 Boots

Any one know where I can get a pair of Adidas GSG-9 Tactical boots? Does any one have a pair that they wear often and how do you like them? Thank you for your help.
 
I believe Botach Tactical (search the web) carries them, Brigade Quartermasters and those kinds of shops may also carry them. Stay away from Botach if you can, their customer service is spotty; but they do have good prices.

From what I've read, they are good gear; sort of a boot that wears like a tennis shoe. They have a reputation for wearing away the sole quickly.
 
Thank you for your reply Tommy. I am looking for any informationon how they stand up to wear in daily use. I dont want to waste money here!
 
You might want to do a search on GBU before you buy
from Botach, they've really received a lot of bad
postings.

In this case I think GBU stands for 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly', a section of Blade Forums under the Exchange heading above. It lists other member's opinions of on-line or brick & mortar dealers, etc...who's good, who's bad and who's...well. You know, Beauty Impaired.

FYI, Botach has caused some impassioned rants in the past.
 
OK Texas Carl. Thanks for the infor. BoTac seems to be the only only souce for the boots other than BQM.
 
If you're looking for a pair of good tactical boots, try Original Swat. Much less expensive than GSG-9s, but they come HIGHLY recommended. I have a pair myself and can attest that they feel like tennis shoes with a lot more ankle support. Real great people to deal with, too. Good luck with the footwear!
