GSI Outdoors Microlite bottles?

Does anyone use these?

I'm looking for a good double wall insulated bottle that isn't unnecessaryily bulky or heavy. I'm thinking about 1 liter bottles but, I could go up or down a bit in size.

I have tried various 'cheap' stainless options but find bulk and weight to be a bit much. Plastic options either fail or or are too small.

Hydration packs are nice but impractical while shopping.

In the past a small bottle refilled often seemed easy enough until rest areas killed water fountains. Now with COVID 19, stores have turned off water fountains and people are hoarding bottled water. Hence, my desire to travel with adequate refreshment.

Are GSI Outdoors Microlite 1L bottles a good choice? Are the lids a standard size and threading?

What other options should I consider?

GSI is a great company, I have several of their coffee mugs, french presses and other camp cookware, and I've dealt with their customer service when I lost a lid to a coffee cup, and they are excellent.

I haven't used any of their insulated bottles however. I only use Hydro Flask bottles, I think they're the gold standard in that segment. Almost unlimited size and color options, and once again, excellent customer service. My oldest Hydro Flask lost all its insulating properties after almost a decade of daily use, all I had to do was ship it to them, and they sent me a brand new one, 100% covered by warranty, all I had to do was pay shipping to them.
 
I usually just get the double wall plastic bottles at the local grocery or W-Mart. I prefer the ones that just have air, as the "gel" versions seem to be more bulky and heavy, and I don't really notice a big difference in how well they keep things cold. Usually, the deciding factor for me was which ones fit into my car's cupholders and aren't too top heavy to fall out during emergency stops.
