Has anyone seen markings like this on a khuk before?

I'm totally ignorant, but that to me that stamp says:

"Run away!"

That said, JP will probably support my initial assertion and say that it is legit.

It sounds like a company motto but I can't remember whose.

OK, I'll be the bad guy.
It is totally legit as are other stamps on Indian made kukris including "Made in India" on military issue knives. You will also see "Tempered Steel", "Best Steel" and just "Guaranteed".
If it just says "India" alone it's pure turista and if it has India and a 'broad arrow' then you should run away. Quickly.

Would be more assuring if they spelled "guaranteed" correctly.
