Guardian Tactical Knives Warranty Experiences

Hey y’all,
Has anyone ever had to send their Guardian Tactical knife into them for Warranty/Sharpening services?
I sent my Recon-035 in last month. It arrived there on the 20th. I emailed them that I was sending it in but never received a response. I then messaged them from their FB page.
I got a response.
I later asked when I might expect it back to me. The response was “Next Week”. That was last week. I messaged them again yesterday and, so far, no response.
Their website says it’s best to email them due to the large amount phone calls to email them instead.
I guess I’ll give it another week. I really dislike it when you can’t either contact Customer Service or, when you actually do, you get the runaround🤬
