I'm working on a knife project and am seeking some inspiration. I really like the Forrest and Searles bowies (I know the Searles technically has a guard) does anyone have any guardless bowies, straight bladed/non clipped bowies, rifleman knives, or any other unconventional sort of Bowie knife pictures they could post? Much appreciated!

;)IMO , a "proper" Bowie knife should be huge , broad blade , with a big double hilt / guard and a sharpened swedge . Just like that movie . :thumbsup:

Yeah, maybe the original really was just a butcher knife , but that's not very exciting or special . 🥱
