Obviously YOUR fault :D I can understand him being frustrated but hey that's the learning curve for ya. Gotta read and understand the instructions BEFORE assembly!
 
You're lucky he didn't burn himself because you were "careless" enough to not put CAUTION: Contents Hot on the outside of the forge.
