Guess I'm NOT done #2 : 4 Max Scout incoming !

Ever since they first came out , I've been dithering over getting a 4 Max .

I already had a Colossus , AD10 , Ultimate Hunter, etc . So no real functional need .

The early 4 Max had some growing pains and were expensive for my budget .

Still , had the Italian version in the cart many times and almost pulled the trigger at less than $300 USD .

Sorta wish I had , now . But , by that time the Scout version was coming out . I thought I'd wait and save some money for nearly the same function, if not materials .

Been waiting and dithering some more , until noticed a $65 deal , brand new , reputable seller .

It's just the plain Jane model , but I'm OK with that ...just hope its AD10 smooth outa the box .

Now waiting some more for the shipping , but supposedly on the way ! :cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Nice snag, Doc! That is a crazy low price! My local dealer has one coming in mid week that I'm checking out.

I like my DLT version so much, I'm kind of hooked on the "pattern" now, to steal a term from the Porch.

I have to keep to some kinda budget or I'd definitely opt for for a DLC with colored handle .

I'm over 70yo , but still struggling to not just grab all the prettiest toys ! 😊

They put such a low limit on it, if I use it, it takes up such a huge chunk it lowers my credit score by 20 points! I guess Amazon is a bit overly cautious. Anyway I don't need their lousy card!
 
They are great knives especially for the money. I like them so much that I got one for me my son and one for my son in law. Then I had to have that DLT Green Monster 4 Max Scout. They are kind of addicting, and I finally got an American made 4 Max to check out as well. I wouldn't mind having the Italian version but for now I'm good. Hopefully you'll enjoy the 4Max as much as the rest of us around here. Let us know what you think of it when it comes in.

That's a good start, but really . . . don't you need one for each hand?
