After 2 weeks now, the blue on thumb stud is starting to wear a little in the tip. Couple of rub marks on th Ti scales. Won't shave anymore on the belly of the blade. So far it's opened birthday presents for my daughter, assisted in hanging a flag 130' up a column (boy was I scared to drop it up there!), assisted installation of a dishwasher, cut up bunches of boxes, and drew first blood (thankfully, on someone else)

I'm really liking this knife. It's somewhat peace-giving not carrying some all black, tacticool looking thing like everyone else out there.

Oh yeah, we getting on great. I tried without the lanyard but found I think I like it so I renoosed her lol

I can't stand the lanyard, the knife is so sleek and simple, but having a lanyard flopping around ruins it IMO. My large sebenza got the lanyard taken off the first day I got it. Glad to hear you're using yourCRK and enjoying it.
 
congrats on your "user".

I love the lanyard on mine. I did not have one on my regular (small), but added it when I got 100' of paracord 550.

When I made my own front scale out of wood I did not have the landyard on for a few days, I really missed it. I do have big hands for my size. I found the landyard to add a litte something to the palm of my hand when I use it. I do have a few large Sebenzas, but only EDC the small.
 
I'm still torn. Mnot a fan of the noose. I plan on getting some cord and retying it in a simple loop that I can hook a finger through to prevent dropping. Maybe a head to assist in removal.
 
Mine isn't new anymore either. But I like it that way! I love the Hangman's Noose Knot. So I tie my own. I didn't keep the original lanyard, I didn't like that one.
So I tied my own Hangman's Noose with Dark Stripes Paracord and used a Mind Skull Bead, now it's all my own. =]
