Here’s a new one I’m excited about, en route to me as I post this. The maker took some photos before applying his mark and finishing out the knife, so I thought I’d post this and see how long it takes for one of you to identify the artist. Blade length about 5.5”; OAL about 10.5”. ATS-34 and Arizona ironwood.

The graceful lines are characteristic. If it were a folder, it would have been a Charlie Bennica...
 
Well, that didn't take long. Rob Brown it is. His look is distinctive enough that I thought the knife would be instantly recognizable to many of you, and so apparently it is.

Here are a couple more pieces of eye candy.
 
The important thing is that it's recognizable for the right reasons - which it is. :) Congrats on the purchase. This could also be a very nice looking fighter.

Thank you, Joss. I don't know of anyone who would rank above Rob these days among makers of fine Loveless-style pieces, whether in terms of craftsmanship or in terms of value.

John Young, when you can get the right piece for the right price
Mike Lovett, in all senses.

They may not be vastly above, but they are above, in both craftsmanship and terms of value, having handled all makers mentioned.

That being said, the knife you have posted is fantastic, and would make anyone proud to own it.
