Just looking for somekind of guide\information to be able to set up a filing jig for grinding bevels.

Cheers.

It would be impossible to have such a chart. Every variable in the blade - width, thickness, taper, length; plus jig dimensions and arm length, file size; plus the edge thickness desired; plus the grid type, .... etc. would change the angle of the bevel and jig settings.

As I regularly say, the angle does not mater. It will be whatever it is for the knife. You just file (or grind) until the bevel goes from the spine (or wherever you want it to stop) and ends at the edge with the desired edge thickness. The jig just keeps all the file strokes at the same angle and direction for better control. On the grinder, the Bubble Jig does sort the same thing.

This is what you should do ...start with step one and and up with step three .On last step adjust angle depending on where you want it to be grinding line close to spine
