Gun and Knife Pairings

Picking the right wine to go with food is easy. Picking the right whisk(e)y to go with a particular cigar is a bit trickier. But gun and knife pairings have be baffled. What would y'all suggest to go with my newest toy:

Yes. It is a first generation S&W Model 39..
It was purchased new in the mid 70's by my dad
